Elysiumhealthdeals ships only within the United States (contiguous 48 states). We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses. All orders are shipped from our facility in Louisville, Kentucky.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The cutoff time for same-day processing is 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next business day. Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days.
Delivery Time and Carriers
We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx to deliver your order. The carrier is chosen at our discretion based on your location and package size. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as carrier delays can occur.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous United States. There are no handling fees or minimum order requirements.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Undeliverable or Lost Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. If your tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
